What a relief to shoot in the nice cool tempertures of this past Sunday at MRC. The 18 mph gusty winds were much easier to deal with than last weekend's sweltering heat.
Lance Peters's mastery of the wind earned him the winning score 1576-87x. That was followed by Jr. shooter Alex Giesar, whose patience on waiting out wind gusts, allowed him to put up a 1562-59x on the board for 2nd--- some 25 pts up on 3rd place.

Wow! Looks like another nice day of shooting. I am definitely going to send in my paperwork so I can bring my rifle into the U.S. for next year's matches -- all this watching is killing me! I just have to get through the coming year of university first....
